While covering Revival Cycles at the Handbuilt Show in Austin, I focused my lens on the American Wall of Death for a very impromptu film about a very rare sideshow tradition. Capturing the story firsthand from the riders, I was given a rare look inside this truly death defying attraction, its brackish history, and its dim future. Being able to piece this moment of Americana together as a record of its existence has made it a celebrated film online and in the festival circuit.
