Located in Berlin, Nobelhart & Schmutzig is a unique Michelin celebrated dining experience. Nearly impossible to get into, their highly curated food and wine offerings are sourced only within the city limits, allowing guests to truly experience the epicurean soul of the city. What is not allowed, however, are cameras or cell phones of any kind as the owner Billy Wagner and Chef Micha Schäfer want all the focus to be on the food. Being allowed to come in with my camera to create this simple but authentic documentary on the experience was a great honor, which has won many festival accolades, including a Vimeo Staff Pick and nomination for Best Short Documentary.
